Adidas in washing machine?

I have white with rose gold stripes and I love them but they are getting tatty. Can I put them in the washing machine?

I’ve always washed trainers with no problems

If in doubt I put them in a pillowcase tends to help on a spin cycle so it is gentler on them

Yes just not on a high temp or the glue will melt and the soles will peel off. Put them in an old pillowcase so they don't rattle the drum. Open them up in to shape and upside down on the radiator to dry overnight.
