My first and last purchase online with Monki....
Wish someone had told me they appear unable to process a refund and when the money doesn't appear refunded in your account they'll refer you to some other random company who will ask for copies of bank statements (with nothing redacted)and full bank account details (on a generic online customer service form).
Am I the only person to think that's a tad risky 
I might as well have thrown £35 in the bin.
Never had any problems with refunds with ASOS, Boden, New Look, Mango etc.
Monki? Never again.
