Modibodi - took money but no pants sent

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else has ordered from Modibodi recently? I ordered some pants at the end of June but haven’t yet received them. It said at the time that they send items same day if you order by 10am, so a whole month seems a bit excessive.

I’ve sent 3 emails so far but they haven’t responded to any of them. I’m about to ask for a charge back on my credit card. Everyone here seems to rave about them - has anyone else had this problem?

I've ordered a few times and they all arrived in good time. Never needed to contact them so no guidelines for responsiveness but seems strange they're not getting back to you. Have you checked if they're on Twitter? Public feedback might get more of a response.

No, I’ve posted to their Facebook page and contacted them on Instagram with no luck. I did discover that there are a lot of people with the same problems on their Facebook page complaining about their delivery speed and not responding to emails so I’m wondering if they are having business problems. Pretty frustrating as I was looking forward to using them.
