Make up lessons

Im in my late 30s and realise I don't really know how to apply makeup to look really good. Has anyone ever had a makeup lesson? Any recommendations?

I’d just follow tutorials on YouTube if I were you, much cheaper!

I got one as a present from Mac. It cost £50 and you get the cost back against products of your choice so a great bargain if you want some make up. The MUA did half of my face and then I did the other half with them watching so that they could share hints and tips and help me with it. I had a great 90 minutes with them and found it really useful.

They asked me what style I was after and then did my make up accordingly - don’t be alarmed and think that you will end up with a face full of make up to go clubbing as if you were 18 again if you are just after a subtle day time look!
