Any ideas?

I have very high arches and need support, I have Birkenstock Lana, which have a small wedge, and very supportive in the arch.
They tend to be a bit love then or hate them though!

Oh Thankyou ,I will go and find them on line xx

LemonTreeLemon · 23/07/2019 22:18

I've got these and they're very wide.

Birkenstock Arizona, Gizeh or Mayari for me. They aren't sold as wide fitting but they are fine for my very wide feet.

Shinygoldbauble · 23/07/2019 22:29

I have similar feet and find that only Birkenstocks give me the support I need.
Although saying that I had a wide fit style from Clarkes a few years ago that were quite good.

PaulHollywoodsleftbollockhair · 23/07/2019 22:44

Earth Spirit or Birkenstocks REG FOOTBED.

Queenioqueenio · 23/07/2019 23:13

I ordered the Birkenstock Lana in a regular fitting from an online store in Germany as uk stockists only had narrow left. They came within a couple of days.

Queenioqueenio · 23/07/2019 23:15

The regular fitting is fairly wide too - I usually get ‘e’ fitting sandles from Clark’s.

Any of the vionic wide fit flip flops . I bought a couple from tk Maxx but I think they've sold out of them now.

I have flat feet and have been wearing these toeless socks which compress parts of the foot while the heel has a gel sole which pushes the heel up a bit and also provides cushioning. I can't link you to them on Amazon as I can't find them. But I got mine in Boots, and they're the only thing which works. I wear them with sandals, crocs, trainers, my girly shoes.... Not sexy, but the pain and inability to walk at all which I had, was worse than having to wear this. You can get opaque arch supports online; I can't wear mine because I'm allergic to latex and the advert for them doesn't say latex. If I could find them (think they're under the bed, packaged up to be sent back except I forgot to do it in time) then I'd post them on.

I looked at Birkenstock’s
I couldn’t see the lift bit when I need it to support the arch
