Find perfect

Okay. As we experience a heatwave, of course I'm thinking about autumn and winter clothes. I don't actually need or want much but am on a mission to upgrade some items and establish a bit of a uniform.

For me this means:
A new leather biker jacket

A perfect wear anywhere black dress (to replace my wonderful Vivienne Westwood one that I'm now too fat for)

Thin black v neck and turtle neck jumpers

A grey or black printed skirt - maybe midi and flouncy or maybe slightly mini and flouncy

The best black T-shirts known to womankind

A black blazer

So I'm going to look forward to trying to track some or all of these down as the autumn stock begins to come in.

You? What's your 'perfect' and where do you hope to find it?

Yes, that's nice. I want a 'real' shop though. Really CBA with online ordering, when sizing is so unreliable.

I know what you mean about real shops.. although ICHI is stocked by one of my local independent boutiques and there is some really lovely stuff.
I'm also trying to plan my autumn wardrobe. I would like a really special wool coat this year. In my mind I see exactly the shape and fit I want, unfortunately I doubt I'll ever find it in real life as nothing matches exactly what I want. Wish I could design my own.

I want a tan blazer for autumn.

I have my eye on M&S blazer it reminds me of the waffle jersey blazers Whistles do. It is Collection so I imagine I will have to size down.

My black blazers aren’t the best so if the perfect one came along I would consider it although i a have a ridiculous number of jackets and coats.

I got my 'perfect' wool coat in the January sales, in Cos.

I like that M&S blazer. I had a Whistles one previously, but it bobbled horribly.

For work, I have a Boden Ponte one, which has been excellent.

This one except mine is only half lined, which I prefer.
