Knuckles

My knuckles are always red. I use good quality hand creams. Presently La Roche Posay or Body shop hemp hand cream and I don't have them in water much. We have a dishwasher so I don't wash up, or scrub floors or clean without rubber gloves. I also regularly use a Rituals hand scrub.

Any recommendations on how to solve my kitchen maid knuckles will be gratefully received.

I have poor circulation and that causes it for me. In cold weather my hands are the colour of corned beef! Massaging them well helps for a very short time but I don't have s solution.
