Rich eye moisturiser/cream recommendations

I have incredibly dry skin around my eyes and consequently (I think) I’m starting to get lines and wrinkles in those areas.

I’m looking at buying a super moisturising, rich moisturiser/cream to use around my eyes, but don’t want to spend a fortune on stuff that doesn’t work. Really can’t emphasise enough how hydrating I need the product to be! If anyone has any recommendations, they’d be hugely appreciated.

The best one I've used is the Clinique All About Eyes Rich. Not the regular AAE, it's crap, just the rich version.

Also Kiehls Avacado one, they give samples generously if you're near a concession. That's on Debenhams website I believe.

A woman I follow on IG swears by Cosrx Snail cream as an eye cream even though its meant as a face cream. I bought it and it is lovely and will last forever.
