Where can I find trousers that...

... are black/navy & look smart for work (not cheap shiny polyester, jeans or jersey material & no flowers or polka dots today!)
AND have a partially elasticated waist (I have a narrow waist-hip & without an elasticated waist I get a gape when I sit down)
AND pull up a decent amount (I don’t want them to have a poncy 2” zip & finish below my belly button - I need bum/tum coverage!)

(Size 16-18 if it matters)

I am not familiar with uniqlo ... I will have a look
I don’t know about legging trousers though, they sound too casual & tight fitting for work!

The name legging trousers is misleading, they are trousers I wear them to work all the time in quite a corporate environment.
