What product do I need?

Is it primer? I don't wear any foundation in this weather as I get a nice color and freckles so don't need any coverage.. however my skin is quite shiny on my forehead and nose plus I want to wear eyeshadow so what should I use? I tried swirling a bit of mineral power foundation over my eyes but I think I need something better than that..
Any tips?

I use primer on my chin, nose & forehead to take away shine.
I use Clinique Superprimer but there are lots of cheaper options.

You can get primer especially for eyelids too.
Sorry can't remember where I've seen the brands that make this but its in Superdrug or Boots.

Urban decay do good eyeshadow primers, put a small amount below your eyes too, you won't see it. Maybe try blotting papers for face shine?
