I’ve been using Max Factor False Lash Effect for years. Every time I try something else I come back to it - most of them seem to really overload my lashes and look spidery. The FLE doesn’t but it does get dry in the tube very quickly.

Is there anything else that would give the same wide awake look but would last a bit longer?

I love the Maybelline yellow tube mascara. You can put on one layer for a very natural wide awake look or pile it on for a more fake-lash look. It lasts really well.
