Are white jeans still in fashion?

I bought a nice pair from Zara and I love them.
Was planning on wearing them tomorrow but my friend has just informed me nobody wears white jeans anymore.
Should I return?
I tried them on with a navy top and loved the outfit.

White skinnies aren't in fashion, no.

An off-white straight leg (girlfriend style) or culotte style would be more of the moment.

But, wear what you like! Brave though, they are hard to pull off!

I don't think they've been fashionable since the 80s! But don't let that stop you. Fashion is often cyclical so you will be a trailblazer!

Oh dear God, I just read the theory - binning all my white skinnies. I bought off white, straight leg, ankle grazers this year. I think skinny whites are difficult to wear and I always think of Liz Hurley, they only work with a wide top like a shirt or a tunic top. (Unless you are a teenager, and my DD won't be wearing hers after reading the theory either!!!).
