Hyperpigmentation on face

Over the last few years I’ve developed hyperpigmentation on my cheeks and forehead.
Can anyone recommend any products which will help fade it?

I would use a retinol based cream, and definitely keep your face out of the sun completely.

Lemon juice!!!, it really works, put some on every morning leave for like 2 minutes, be careful, it cos do horrible things to sensitive skin, them wash and moisturize, then every evening use aloevera gel... on the same areas, Do this for about a month... Dont splash out on all those expensive silly cosmetics, mashed carrot may be a better treatment is your skin is too sensitive for lemon. lemon will bleach your skin, carrot will inhibit the pigment producing enzyme... aloevera is good for everything lol

Look for products with hydroquinone in. Some may be prescription only though.
