What is this and who would wear it?!

Just looking at the New Look website and came across this..

What in the name of all that is tasteful is it?!

I remember that kind of thing from early 90s clubbing. Friend of mine had something similar in crochet lace. She wore a bikini underneath it. Went to foam parties in Ibiza in it, that kind of thing.

What is it? No idea! Who would wear it, possibly a very low budget drag queen?

She was doing a degree in English lit at a Russell group University at the time. She’s a headteacher now, two kids.

Yes! It’s absolutely a 90’s clubbing outfit!! I had v similar. Not outrageous at the time at all

@ferretface the review says the pants are tricky to understand. If your pants are so complicated that you can't figure out how to put them on then it might be time for new pants!

I saw a girl in this very outfit last night in Town - was driving to the train station and she crossed the road in front of the car. I had a similar dress but in white when I was about 19 and used to go to all night parties - Helter Skelter etc! I'm not sure how I was ever brave enough to dare to wear it in public
