I want a summery dress for work or lunch or quick drink in the pub
What do you think of this ? I feel as if I have lost my way a bit
Am blonde and big of nork ( and belly )
Would this work ? Maybe trainers or sandals ??

No dress.

Your link isn't live!

AFistfulofDolores1 · 11/07/2019 19:02

Sorry - just showed up on refresh.

Fresta · 11/07/2019 19:03

I see the photo now- is it linen? It looks like it would crease badly!

Jacksback · 11/07/2019 19:04

It’s a linen mix

It's fine, but quite ageing. When I wore similar I got told I looked matronly!

CellularBlanket · 11/07/2019 19:06

Careful what you put with it as it could look a bit like a uniform.
I like it though - but maybe not in that colour.

Jacksback · 11/07/2019 19:19

Yeah now u said like a uniform I see what you mean , finding cool dress with sleeves is a nightmare
Thanks for all your replies

It’s lovely!

Ellapaella · 11/07/2019 19:32

I like it! Also would recommend Boden for dresses that suit curvier figures and bigger boobs. I have a couple of friends who are large of nork and always wear Boden and look amazing.

soberfabulous · 11/07/2019 19:47

I love it BUT my husband said I looked like little house on the prairie when I got one similar from m and s 😂

EyesOpenWide · 11/07/2019 19:53

It’s very Hattie Jaques. I’m sure there are much nicer dresses out there.

georgialondon · 11/07/2019 20:03

I think it looks a bit overall-y.

Mammyloveswine · 11/07/2019 20:11

I love it! I'd add a tan belt and tan sandals with chunky gold jewellery

Livebythecoast · 11/07/2019 20:32

Instead of a dress have you thought about a playsuit? They're comfy and you can dress them up or down x

Jacksback · 11/07/2019 20:37

But too curvy for a play suit I think
But thanks

How about this https://www.boden.co.uk/en-gb/carrie-jersey-midi-dress-navy-daydream/sty-j0463-nvy there's usually a 20% off code to be found

Ellapaella · 11/07/2019 22:17

Also look at dresses on Sosander - they have good fits for larger chests.

StCharlotte · 11/07/2019 22:21

Sainsbury's and, dare I say, Evans seem to have some nice dresses this summer.

EyesOpenWide · 11/07/2019 22:22

I’ve got this in 2 different colours, it’s a bargain, £48, and every time I wear them I get asked where they’re from.

Ember12 · 11/07/2019 22:23

Pretty!

Jacksback · 11/07/2019 22:42
