What are people wearing to evening wedding dos?

Got a wedding this Saturday and really struggling.
Some dresses I’ve bought I’m finding are a bit too much for an evening do. The couple aren’t even my friends but DHs.

I have one day to get my shit together. Haven’t been got any shoes

No I think they are lovely! My fave is the peachy embroidered one. You could maybe wear wedges to tone it down a bit if you feel overdressed in heels? But don’t forget all the day guests will be dressed up so you won’t stand out as being too dressed up. However I do think it’s improtant to feel comfortable in whatever you choose so if you don’t feel good at them maybe try on some different styles.

I wore the attached to a wedding yesterday and got a zillion compliments. Too late for you to order but looks a lot like the peach one you showed so I think you should wear that.

I like it but it looks quite short - I have big boobs so I’m very conscious of showing cleavage and legs but if you can pull it off go for it!

I’m sure you will look lovely whatever you choose but anything floaty would be perfect for a wedding! Plus you could eat and dance and not have to worry haha!

@UsuallyJustLurk it is from Shein, cheap as chips and so pretty, dead chuffed with it. Shoes were £40 from Debenhams.
