Microblading - i'm nervous about my appointment

I have thin eyebrows. Plucked them far too much as a teen, when the look was to have not much there.

I'm booked to have them bladed for the first time and I'm nervous. Not so much about the actual blading/tattooing but about the healing and what i'll look liek for the first 3-7 days. Has anyone got any reassurances to give?

The healing was a bit uncomfortable and itchy and it was a pain having to keep them always lubricated with the aftercare stuff but nothing bad. Hope your appt goes well! it’s quite painful having it done

Hi. Thanks. I have had it done. The actual treatment was scratchy and i could hear more than I could feel. Applying the gel is a bit annoying but it was strongly advised so I'm doing it.

The results are good although for the for day I kept looking at them and thinking have I done the right thing. I think I have. My new brows frame my eyes and (I think) make me look fresher and more awake.

The brows are a bit itchy today but I guess that's the healing part.

Have a look on youtube, lots of people sharing their experiences.

I had mine done, then a yearly top up. My beautician gives me numbing cream to put on an hour before, then another type to use every day. Apart from them looking a bit too dark for a couple of days, they are never sore or itchy.
