Alternative to Fitflop sandals?

I love Fitflop sandals, worn them for years. BUT I have completely fallen out of love with the company this time..... ordered my new ones only for them to take days longer than promised to arrive - customer service non-existent (I was on hold for over half an hour to finally get through!) - and when my sandals did eventually arrive, they were too small!! Somewhere down the line they've changed the sizing so the soles are now 2cm shorter than my previous ones of the same size. So annoyed!

I'm going to return these but they said they won't exchange them, I have to return them for credit and then re-order, assuming they have the same ones in stock in the next size up Sad

Does anyone have any alternatives they could suggest? The sandals I love are these ones: www.fitflop.com/uk/en/shop/electra-sequin-toe-thongs-p-C60#012 and I just can't find anything similar, but am loath to give Fitflop my money again when they've let me down!!

I've had similar disappointment with FITFLOP but really wanted a particular pair so have ordered them through Next to the store so I can try and return then and there (no stockists of FITFLOP in my city so this is the easiest way to try them on without the baff of returning) and I don't have to deal with FITFLOP directly.

Honestly? I don't think anyone comes close. I tried some Skechers flipflops but couldn't fit my hooves in them.

I've a pair of fitflops similar shape to the ones you posted that I love, bought some glittery ones for my holiday that were a different shape and left me hobbling for a couple of days.

(But ordered them from mandmdirect cos that was the cheapest)

Ah that was my worry @Flavabobble - I really haven't found anything comparative! I walk miles in mine so cheapo Primark types (pretty as they may be) won't do, but other supportive type shoes just haven't been as good Sad

That's interesting about Next @Julykthat, we don't have a Fitflop supplier nearby either. The style I like isn't on their website but I can keep looking.

Thanks both; at the moment I'm bidding on a pair on ebay instead and have checked the size with the seller, going to return the (too small) new pair I have and not deal with Fitflop directly again for a while after this let down!!

I moved on to Gabor Lanzarote sandals from fitflop and found them even more comfy for my wife feet.

I love my fitflop sandals and I've worn them for years so I bought some fitflop trainers but they're so uncomfortable and rub the back of my heels to pieces.

I had to go up a size in the pumps, but still live and die in them.
