Nordic Berries Leave-in conditioning spray by Urtekram is good. You use it as well as a conditioner. The extra step makes all the difference.

Also Faith in Nature Coconut Shampoo, and either their coconut or fragrance free conditioner.

Kerastase, they have a few options for you as they have various ranges

Not a shampoo or conditioner, but Elasticizer is really good.

If it's really dry use a moisturising pack every so often. I use a cheap argan oil one

Is your hair coloured? If it is see if your hairdresser can do an olaplex treatment next time and then buy the conditioner too.

I'm battling the same issue and as well as the above I have, bought a dyson airwrap (to sop using so much heat on my hair), stopped using hairbands as they cause breakage and also use the colour wow spray before I dry or style my hair.

But then I have curly, colour treated dry menopause hair so I went on a full on mission.

It's worked, hair is longer, less dry and a lot more healthy.

I was also going to suggest Elasticizer. QVC have the 1litre bottle for £50ish at the moment and it’s the lychee and rose scent which is delicious. You can also pay in 4 instalments to spread the cost. It’s changed my hair completely for the better.

Definitely use a hair mask once a week.

Lush shampoo and conditioner bars. Pop into the shop and they'll recommend the right one

I use Tresemme 24 hour moisture shampoo and conditioner and an argan oil hair mask once a week. Works wonders.

I'm a huge fan of Body Shop Ginger shampoo and conditioner.

They are pretty good at given out samples so you try before you buy!

MooGoo here. Grey and it’s got thicker and stronger than my previous brown.

Thanks for all the suggestions, will look into it. Have tried elastasizer before, and like it. have used a hair mask once a week, maybe I need to use it more. thanks again.
