SPF for rosacea

I suffer with a bit of mild rosacea. I have recently taken to going make up free at the weekends to give my skin a break. However, the moisturiser + spf I'm using is causing my skin to flare up. Does anyone have any recommendations for and spf or moisturiser + spf that's good for skin with rosacea?

I have rosacea and use Avene skin recovery cream and neostrata sheer physical protection spf50 (which is tinted). I love both and with the tint in the sunscreen I no longer wear foundation at all!

I have quite bad rosacea and have been using Nars primer for spf recently.

The Smooth & Protect Primer is spf50 and controls oiliness too. A little goes a long way.
