Online nutritionist?

Anyone recommend a good one? Time and again I see diet plays such a role in how we look. I wondered if I actually paid someone to tell me what I should be eating and why that it might help me to stick to it!

I'd be worried that an online nutritionist would send you a plan similar to what they would send anyone and also depending on goal.

I.e. want to lose weight - they'll send you the "cut out the crap" plan.

Lifting weights? They'll send you the "increase the protein" plan.

Etc.

I could be entirely wrong as I don't know anyone who has done this but I would be weary of paying someone a substantial chunk because I'd never know if it was properly tailored to me personally iyswim.

Have you posted on Reddit? There are several sub's dedicated to healthy eating, fitness, diets, keto etc depending on what you're interested in, and folks on there will help create a fully customised plan for free.

I've always been very impressed with the quality of the advice given on there too. Not the more dubious subs, but the fitness ones are brilliant Smile
