Looking for non-slip hair clamp!

Looking for one lined with rubber, like this, and can’t find one! Does anyone know where to get one? All the ones that are not lined with rubber slide straight out of my hair!

I don't know if you've ever tried spin pins but I find them brilliant for keeping my hair up (very long and thick) and unbreakable (or at least less breakable than plastic)
