Sarah Flint sizing?

I'm considering buying some Sarah Flint shoes does anyone know what their sizing is like?

I know that a size 6 should be a size 6 everywhere but, as with clothes, I find that different brands can run large or small.

Has anyone bought Sarah Flint footwear who can advise me?
