Foundation for blushing

Hi folks

I blush really badly and I'm finding this is becoming a bit of a thing. People have been commenting on it, which makes it even worse. Is it possible to get a foundation to cover it? I'm looking for personal recommendations.

Thanks!

Clinique do an anti redness range that works really well for me.

I totally sympathise as I used to have this problem and it make me lose so much confidence. I wear Veil Cover Cream which is meant to be for people with facial marks or redness.

I think it works as it seems to cover well and no one has remarked on my blushing since then. You need the powder as well though as otherwise it can look a bit green!

Look it up - it's definitely worth trying. Good luck Smile

Thank you! I might try all these things. It makes me feel so embarrassed and panicky.

If you don't find a foundation that helps, maybe research propranolol. It's a beta blocker and it really helps with blushing. It's changed my life, I can speak in meetings now without going bright red Blush

Can i ask what dosage you're on? I'm taking 3 x 40mg/day and not finding it especially effective yet.

Go to the clinique counter in Debenhams and they'll put some on for you so you can try it out. I first used it to cover an awful sunburn and it worked marvellously. Still use it now for day to day.

I'm on 40mg too. My doc did tell me that It could be increased if it didn't work, so perhaps worth a trip back to the GP? Hope you find something that works, I know how frustrating it is x

I've got a lot of redness and I find the compact foundation from gosh (in super drug) really good for covering it. I just put it on with my fingers.
