Boyfriend jeans: Help me find a nice pair!

A while ago I fell in love with These boyfriend jeans by Hush. I promptly trekked to my local JL store only to find that Hush is not suitable for someone who is 5'10"; the jeans are incredibly short.

I have searched elsewhere and have drawn a bit of a blank. I particularly love the colour & style of the Hush pair.

What I absolutely hate are those heavily ripped jeans, they inevitably continue to rip through wear and become unwearable.

Any suggestions for boyfriend jeans not dissimilar to the Hush ones would be welcomed. I can't justify spending £100 on a pair of jeans, so a budget pair would be wonderful. Around £50 maybe? (I know the Hush ones are dearer, but I have a £20 JLP gift card that would have brought it back down to my budget.)

Next and New Look tend to be my go to for boyfriend jeans.

Have to say though, those Hush ones are nice.
If you want to stick to JL, try Not My Daughters Jeans, not sure on their boyfriend fit, but their skinnies are brilliant.

I can't find anything at New Look, and I find Next very hit and miss. I mean, I was looking through the sale and the pair I loved the most are £90 (picture below). The rest was all very average.

I do like the NYDJ range at JLP and will look there if I need a new pair of skinnies or straight jeans. They don't have any boyfriend fit though, sadly.

Can’t say I’ve ever had a boyfriend who wore jeans like that Confused

M&S are my go to for jeans, can't go wrong with them.

Same. Still, I like the style.

Off to check M&S. Not a place I'd normally look.

Have you tried Gap? You can get their jeans in tall sizes online.

acatcalledjohn · 06/07/2019 15:27

I like these from M&S.

Not sold on the GAP selection available in my size. Will keep an eye out though as there are some decent ones!

I think I'll put up the laundry and then head out to my local M&S superstore. It looks like they have my size in stock...

Mine are from gap and are so comfy, definitely would recommend.

These Baukjen girlfriend jeans are nice, Pricey even on sale but their stuff is lovely quality.

Check Asos OP. I got my g star ones for about £60 - they often have discount codes so I always wait for a discount before buying on Asos!

GAP has always been good for comfortable jeans. Keeping an eye out for ones I like to appear in my size.

Although they look nice, the length of the Baukjen ones is a bit short. 27" doesn't skim my ankle, that's a crop on me Grin

I have ordered the 12L from M&S after trying the 12R, 14R & 14L in store today. They were supposed to have the 12L in stock, but the sale racks were incredibly messy and I gave up after a while. Fingers crossed they are a good fit.
