Where can I get cotton floaty dresses?

Tried - Boden, John Lewis, Joe Browns, Monsoon.
I want hippy loose, comfy sort of thing (so those are probably the wrong shops!). Preferably with sleeves - short not cap. Any ideas?

I bought a nice Mantaray dress last year. I am not a dress wearer so a big deal for me. Washed it per instructions, it shrunk and became a lot shorter. Went to charity shop.
