Clothing for not-so-slender 13 year old daughter

We've just moved to the UK from a place where you only needed winter clothes, and DD(13) has nothing for the summer weather! She's quite well-built - not fat but really much larger proportions than a lot of her very slender schoolmates and I just don't know where to find clothes to suit her. She still has quite a child-like shape, and a lot of the clothes that are the right size have darts and shaping that she doesn't need. Where do your less-than-slender teens shop? Thank you!

Dd is 12 and built like a brick outhouse. We use Primark as it's cheap and cheerful but fits. You have to look beyond the skimpy dodgy clothes but otherwise they sell all the obvious. Untill dd stops growing-she's 5ft 9- this will do.

Could you get small 'mens' T-shirts instead and customise them if the woman's shaping doesn't suit her yet?

Thank you both for these ideas Smile

I have a very tall statuesque 13 year old with size 8 feet. She favours H&M and Primark but would never buy children's clothes. She's an adult size 12. I buy her jeans and underwear from Next.

Sparkletastic, dd has size 9 feet and we are in school shoes hell!
