Is anyone who uses an iPad having difficulty getting the Cos website to work properly? I can get right through to seeing the clothes but when I click on a particular item nothing happens. I’ve tried it on husbands iPad too and have the same problem. This is severely hampering my sales experience!!

YES!!! I thought it was my iPad screen packing up. Kinda happy it’s not but agree very irritating.

Thanks for replying, I’ve emailed them which was a problem in itself as the links aren’t working either

Used to get that in Safari, although it usually works now. Used to get round it by switching browser to Chrome.

Yes, I had that problem too. I thought it was my screen because the first item I clicked would be fine, then nothing else would work.

I gave up.

I've had problems with Cos and Arket for ages, the links work, but everything comes up as unavailable/out of stock, and some of the drop downs disappear completely. This is in Chrome on mac desktop and laptop, but always seems to work fine on ipad or mobile...I can sometimes get round it by clearing cookies and history or switching to safari but its not consistent. I've emailed both shops and they never seem to think there's a problem, although its only their sites I have problems with, and they are owned by the same company so....?

So if anyone can help with that issue too I'd be most grateful!

I’ve had a reply and they are aware there is a problem with mobile devices and they’re trying to fix it. I guess they won’t be selling much until they do so hopefully it will be quickly repaired.
