Office wear in summer?

My dd is doing an internship for a few weeks this summer. What should she wear? Especially on her legs? It's office based but reasonably casual apparently.

Bump.

Sorry it's a boring question

What kind of office is it?? A bank is very different to a graphic design company, or a charity.

Most offices are air conditioned so clothes shouldn't be much of an issue.

Civil service

Probably not a suit and not jeans either. Smart trousers and a nice top with a blazer for smart days, same with skirts and culottes. A fitted dress will be fine. Heals or flats will be fine too. Have a look at Uniqlo

Thanks!

Dress and a cardi is fine, just not short. There's always someone who wears a miniskirt, which is obviously inappropriate.

No need for tights for civil service. They don't actually have a dress code. Try smart initially then she can adjust accordingly on subsequent days. Best of luck to her!

Thanks again

Smart casual usually but my DH can wear anything he wants pretty much
