Short Hair..

I’ve got the itch to have my hair cut short (longish pixie probably) but am not sure as I’ve not got a great jawline, bit of a mini double chin from the side view.

Am I mad and I’ll look crap? I’m feeling a bit overweight at the the moment, but nevertheless have the urge!

Try it. It will grow back if you hate it.

Go for it! But take lots of photos of the style you want to show the hairdresser and discuss it with them.

I've just gone very short from long and I have a bit of a double chin. Love it!

Try and keep the face framing bits at the side initially, so you can tuck them behind your ear and see if you like it "properly short" before fully committing or not.

I didn't, and went straight for a full pixie cut. I'm also a bit overweight and don't have a particularly sharp jawline and found that with make-up, I looked like fierce 1980's leftie feminist. Without make-up, I just looked liked I'd given up. Now growing back the layered bob I had before .
