Dress for 9 year old, not sleeveless.

Where can I find a party/smart dress for my 9yo DD that is fashionable but has at least cap sleeves. It’s for a religious thing so can’t be sleeveless and has to be a dress or skirt & top.
I ordered this which she really likes but the top half puffed out too much. Maybe I need a smaller size.
She doesn’t want the typical monsoon/next style party dress and they tend to be sleeveless which is no good anyway.
Any ideas please?

Boden tends to have sleeved dresses so might be worth a look.

H&M have some nice girls dresses with cap sleeves, there’s some lace ones in pretty summer colours.

You could go for sleeveless/strapy and add a shawl or little cardigan. Then you'll get more wear out of it and have more options.

Boden is a bit too casual and she doesn’t want anything pastel or girly. She likes river island and new look. I guess she wants to look more grown up and not like she is wearing a dress style that could be worn by a 3 year old.

eBay? My DD found a fab dress on there for only £18. I was very dubious but bought it anyway and it was great. Read reviews carefully before buying.

Look on John Lewis, they have loads with sleeves. Boden, Joules, Ralph Lauren, etc...
