what do you use? I have made some with coconut oil, cornflour, bicarb and essential oils which is actually really good against smells but less so against sweat.

And yes, wash with soap too

I found none of the High Street deodorants (Mitchum, Dove etc) worked but Clinique roll-on is very effective. It’s pricey (£13ish a bottle, though sometimes cheaper online) but doesn’t sting or itch (it’s hypoallergenic) and works well.

I've been a sweaty smelly mess for a couple of summers now but good to get some tips from others in the same situation.

Re tops/bras having that horrid lingering smell and stain, the very best thing you can do is spray white vinegar on the pits/stained areas and leave it for half an hour before you wash them. It works a treat. Wish it worked on my pits though...
