Anyone else having problems with M&S website- ordering?

For weeks now I've been unable to place an order. I get right to 'confirm' at the end after entering payment details, and the site freezes.

I phoned them up and was annoyed because the person who answered said she would sort it for me in two minutes . I assumed she'd go into my order and simply do something at their en to complete it. What she wanted to do was take the entire order verbally- item, sizes, colours, payment details, address etc all over again.

I didn't have time to do that and left it.

Tried again to order weeks later and the site freezes .

The Sparks pre sale wouldn’t give the discount at checkout today. I bought two tops with 40% discount on both and I was told to buy them at full price and they would refund the discount on my card. It took ages via virtual help, on line help and then a young man on the phone who gave me a 45% discount as compensation. The discount hasn’t worked all day apparently.

Generally I’ve not had a problem but today was dire.
