I know! I first saw them online in TK Maxx but Googled for other pictures. Have ordered them via click & collect to try on in black and brown. Hope they are nice as I struggle with boots

I bought an amazing pair of brown block heel boots in tkmaxx a few days ago - made in Brazil which are perfect for my narrow feet in leather £12.99!!!!!!!!!!!!
Come autumn I’d be expecting to pay around £100 for anything of similar quality

Sorry but I think they're dreadful. Really dated and just totally unappealing. I wouldn't wear them if you gave me the £70. But I realise that's the opposite of the majority of posters on here.

I'm not keen on the cowboy boot heel.

Look nice enough (most rocketdog do) but it's a lot of money for plastic boots and they probably won't be comfortable.

I'd pay the TK maxx price if I liked them enough mind!

I wore ankle boots, yesterday, btw. At 12C and drizzly, in the morning, was totally apt weather for them.

Why are they better?
I like RocketDog boots. I go for a less formal style generally but they look good on, they're comfortable and they last well.

Well it's all personal. I think they are more stylish.

I don't like those Clark's ones either. They look too 'sleek' where as the rocket dog ones are more casual. It's just down to personal taste though. I'd wear the OP's ones with jeans where as the clarks ones look more suited to skirts, dresses or formal outfits.

I like them but they wouldn't agree with my feet because there's too much of a heel and the elastic in the sides wouldn't be enough for support for me .

I like the Tessa boot and the Camilla (more jodhpur boot style)

If someone wears non-leather for preference , they are pretty good (though they're ££ ) .
I tend to buy M&S non leather , they do half sizes but I'll mosey on over to the RocketDog site
