What do you think of this dress for a wedding? I've ordered the navy one but included a picture of the same dress with red embellishments to show how it sits.

Also what shoes/bag?? Black? Navy? Nude?

If you're asking about appropriateness, then yes its absolutely fine.

In terms of styling it really depends on your normal style and look. Go with shoes you feel comfortable in, but I would go quite glam as the shape isn't super OTT
Agree on minimal jewellery. I would go for black or nude, then you can wear something you probably already have or can reuse in future.

It's a lovely dress. I'd wear nude shoes with the same colour clutch.

I would probably go with turquoise shoes and turquoise clutch
