Non-irritating/very gentle shampoo & conditioner

I’m trying to avoid cocoamidopropyl betaine and currently using a shampoo by a German brand called Lavera.

Does anyone have any recommendations for my very sensitive skin? I don’t get dandruff or scalp itching, but I have been getting contact dermatitis on my neck and face, and have narrowed it down. I’ve stopped using mousse and am just using the Lavera and a gentle conditioner whilst I await patch testing but I’m looking for other very gentle options, maybe in bar form?

They also do amazing conditioners.

Thanks stumped but cocamidopropyl betaine is early on in the ingredients in all the Faith in Nature shampoos I’ve seen.
