best mascara?

No smudging, flaking, or clumping. Doesn't have to give me loads of length or volume, just nice, natural (but better) looking lashes.

I find a new mascara might be quite good, but quickly dry up and get to thick and clumpy.

Don't want to overspend for not good reason, but not that price sensitive if it is actually worth it!

What's your favourite everyday mascara?

Lancôme Hypnose

Yep, I use Lancôme Hypnose Doll Eye mascara. Glides on, no clumping, the brush is sort of rubbery so separates lashes but doesn’t cling on to the mascara. Makes lashes long and dark but very naturally so.

I’ve tried many over the years and this one is always streets ahead!

i like Blink Brow Bar mascara. it doesn't smudge and isn't clumpy.

Tarte Gifted is the one I always go back to

Boots no. 7 stay perfect. It’s tubing so need a warm wet cloth to remove but definitely no smudging all day. It’s fab- I’ve used lots of more expensive options but this is best!

I have recently bought Diorshow Iconic by Dior and really love that it feels light but produces great lashes

I use Chanel the Round one. Can’t remember name love it. Like most of the mascaras from Chanel tbh.

Paradise by L’oreal

I recently tried the dior pump and really liked it. It is £££ but is specifically designed not to dry out. I also got a tester of Bobbi Brown smokey eye and I really like it too.

I agree with boots stay perfect. No back smudges ever. It comes in black or brown.

Benefit' they're real'

Everyone else is wrong. Eyelash curlers followed by Max factor falsh lash in black waterproof. Has to be the waterproof one. Gets better after you've used it a couple of weeks. It's amazing

I have spent a small fortune on mascaras and the one that seems to actually make my lashes look differently is by Collection and it's so cheap. It's called Lash Surge I think, I get it from Morrison's!

Maybelline snapscara.

I've just started using Benefit's They're Real and really impressed with it (although it is a bugger to remove).

I really like Boots No7 Lash Extender, the one in the gold and silver two-tone tube. It extends and looks really natural and doesn't smudge. I don't get on with the Stay Perfect one, I find it almost impossible to remove, probably doing something wrong (I use a hot flannel).

I have been a long time user of Lancome but actually prefer this Rimmel one
