I haven't used one in years and the last but one was The Body Shop Elderflower eye gel Blush

I'm 47, pretty dehydrated at the moment. Not bad skin, few wrinkles, rarely wear make up but need to look after my skin more. Just had milia removed, ouch. Lady recommended using an eye cream. I'm pretty good at morning and evening moisturising but rubbish at cleansing, face mask using.

Budget wise, no idea but I'm thinking £15/20?

Thank you.

You could do with getting good at cleansing, it might save you from the extractions! Doesn't need to be fussy or expensive; thick cream cleanser massaged in and removed with a warm flannel. Repeat. Superdrug vitamin E hot cloth cleanser is great and cheap.

I've got the Pixi collagen eye serum on the go at the moment. It's a clear gel serum so would be good for hydration without congesting the skin. I got mine when Boots had 1/3 off and it was about £16 for quite a big tube compared to most eye creams.

Thank you very much, @Lamentations.. I like the idea of a hot cloth cleanser. I already have spare flannels. Just wed to get organised. Mornings are just hectic.

The Olay ones are pretty good (£15) I find any with serum in make my eyes tight and more dehydrated and I have really sensitive skin around eyes. Would rather use Clinique all about eyes rich but this too ££ so keep returning to the Olay

I love the Nivea ones and am currently using Nivea Q10 plus Vit C, they come in tubes that I like. I also really like the Clinique all about eyes but too ££ so keep returning to Nivea.

I've started well. I cleansed with my sanctuary oil this morning then moisturised. I'll be going shopping later and will see what's available. Is it worth asking the assistants which they recommend or is it more helpful to ask real people? I think I'll stick with you guys as I've just realised I'd have to talk to the staff.

Successful shopping trip. Superdrug stuff us buy one get one free, £5.99 each and the other two were from Boots. £12.99 each but I got both for £14. The white Nivea was slightly cheaper in Superdrug if anyone wants that one as it's on offer now.

Thank you for all the suggestions.
