What size are my tits?

I measure 30 inches under tits, 34 around bust. I am flat chested but some bust calculations say I am a C or D. Crazy. I usually wear a 34 A. When I lift my arms up, the bra slips upConfused

30 D.

30D. Back size is too big if it rides up

SlowLiving · 24/06/2019 11:23

I thought you had to add 4 to the 30, which would make A cup. Seriously my Tits are flatBlush

P.s. with respect to cup size, 30D = 32C = 34B (same cup volume on different back sizes)

dementedpixie · 24/06/2019 11:25

No you don't add inches to the back size

dementedpixie · 24/06/2019 11:26

If you have any breast tissue then you are not an A cup

championquartz · 24/06/2019 11:30

30D.

As far as I know, the ‘add 4’ comes from the times before elastic and Lycra fabrics were invented and fabrics were v stiff and immovable. So, y’know, women could breathe while wearing a bra.

Order some 30 back C and D cups, and a few different styles as they all come up differently.

If you're used to something looser fitting then try a 32B and C too, they won't be as supportive but some people find going straight to their proper size too restrictive.

Ok thanks. So I want to buy Sloggi comfort bra. No cups sizes for the bra, so I need a 30 then?

Not sure how they do their sizes tbh. Might need to go by size around the fullest part if there are no cup sizes

NoBaggyPants · 24/06/2019 11:49

That's more of a crop top bra, so yes, it's just your normal back measurement.

Myfoolishboatisleaning · 25/06/2019 04:11

D is not a big cup though. So yes, even if you are flat, I reckon D.

Cookit · 25/06/2019 06:41

M&S and lots of other shops will still add plus 4 .. but that’ll be the reason the bra slips up when you lift your arms up!

Btw a 30 will take some getting used to as it will feel tight but give it a chance.
