My favourite has finally given up after 4 years decent wear.
Can anyone recommend a new one?
Not too big but big enough to carry the essentials.
I've looked at killing but there's so much choice I have no idea where to start Confused

KIPLING! I've looked at Kipling bags. I certainly haven't considered killing anyone in my quest for a new bag Grin

😂 no help for you OP but you made me lol so thanks!

HarryHenderson · 23/06/2019 16:50

😂 glad to be of service! Although I do feel like killing after spending so long looking for a new bag to no avail!

What's your budget?
Fossil is always a good call.

BenWillbondsPants · 23/06/2019 18:00

Yep, budget please. I'm a big fan of Coach.

HarryHenderson · 23/06/2019 18:18

Just looked at both of those... not wanting to spend that much tbh! I was thinking more £60 and under Grin

I just bought another one of these, best bag I've ever owned. Fits so much in and is comfortable and lightweight but still strong. Loads of useful sections and pockets and looks beautiful! It's my second one, wore the first one to death as used it every day!

Ha! I spent far too much of Thursday looking at QVC (they had Kipling) , sent an email to DH and my phone autocorrected to Killing Bag Grin

I coveted an Aynela (£60) but it was too small, I wanted a pale summery colour but ended up with plum (from eBay)

I love Kipling . Lots of zipped pockets , fabric (though some have leather on them which I don't buy) , key-tab.
I wash them in a lingerie bag , they turn out fine .

I ended up with a bigger shoulder bag after all my fruitless searching !

I’ve had a few from this brand.
They’ve lasted very well so far.

LuxuryWoman2018 · 23/06/2019 18:44

I’ve mentioned this one a couple of times but I love it and it’s just what I was after, £40 including delivery, good quality leather too www.myexquisiteshop.com/products/camila-small-shoulder-bagel-bag

Most of the more expensive brands have good sales on now like coach, Kate Spade, Tori Burch if you wanted to splash out a bit more.

I've just bought this OP (while I was looking for a bag for you Grin), I think it's cute.

checkmaid · 24/06/2019 00:32

I love these https://miatui.com/collections/across-body-bags - the Lottie & Nici are my favourites (depending on what size bag you want.

XingMing · 24/06/2019 09:08

Love LoLo might work for you. Lots of colours for about £40, with the warning that I haven't seen them IRL. Someone here suggested them, and I shall give in when my current favourite gives up the ghost. Sadly, that can't be replaced as it's no longer made.

LuxuryWoman2018 · 24/06/2019 17:31

That Mint velvet bag is really nice, good price too.

BenWillbondsPants · 24/06/2019 20:58

@LuxuryWoman2018 will let you know what it's like when it arrives. Smile

Handbaghag · 24/06/2019 21:02

I got my teal leather Radley one from eBay. It was like new and a bargain!

LuxuryWoman2018 · 24/06/2019 21:13

@ BenWillbondsPants do, but I really have enough bags 😀
It is nice though, hope you love it.

JennyWren · 24/06/2019 21:26

I've just bought one from here: nickyjames.co.uk/
My sister has one and it is lovely, so I got her to tell me where she found it. I'm hoping it arrives tomorrow.

AliceRR · 24/06/2019 21:38

Look at TK Maxx online OP. They do some good brands for good prices. They have Coach etc but also Osprey which I like and lots of others

Satsuma1234 · 24/06/2019 21:59

Mia Tui bags are quite nice. I’ve got a big travel one that I’m pleased with.

LuxuryWoman2018 · 24/06/2019 22:17

I’ve been quite impressed with M&S for bags the last couple of years tbh, better than their shoes and clothes. The company I got my pink bag from as mentioned before do a few crossbody bags, one called Sophia looks nice, I like the tan one.

TK Maxx is always worth a look for bags as pp said.

Chanellta · 25/06/2019 13:12

Are Mia Tui bags good quality? I'm after a travel bag. I love that Sophia bag LuxuryWoman, the tan is nice and I like the navy too

Satsuma1234 · 25/06/2019 17:35

I like mine. Better quality than I thought it would be. It’s vegan made so no leather but it will last a long time. I’ve got mine in navy.

BenWillbondsPants · 25/06/2019 18:38

Really pleased with the grey Mint Velvet one, it arrived today. Nice size, lovely and soft. Very pleased. Smile
