I started wearing make up from around the age of 13. Looking back at old photos and it's clear to me that I've definitely improved my make up applying skills over the years! Think old school blue eye liner (applied way too thick), orange mousse foundation an enerirely different color to my very pale skin etc...

How has yours improved over the years? What skills have you learnt? I've definitely got better at the natural look and am usually quite happy with my application, although I am always looking to improve.

What about you?

I can draw my eyebrows now 😂 looking back at photos of me as a teenager and it's clear I had no idea what I was doing!
I was also a victim of the thick blue eyeliner 😂

I think we all have but products are much better and we have YouTube tutorials for everything.

I actually think it's a shame that today's teenagers won't go through the terrible makeup stage. It's a rite of passage.

Except for those who succumbed to the Insta Eyebrows of course.

I’ve got worse. How the hell do you do your makeup when you need reading glasses.

This. 14 year olds are walking around looking like Kardashians.

I can't get near the Mac counter these days for teenage girls. Whatever happened to Rimmel? Grin
