Has anyone bought any nice tops / t shirts lately?

A combination of putting some weight on and the dreaded mystery holes means that I’m in need of a few new tops, both casual for wearing over jeans and smarter to wear with formal skirts and trousers to work.

What have you all bought lately that’s nice, not polyester (viscose, tencel or modal are fine), not cropped (ideally hip length), and not sleeveless?
Heavily discounted in the sales would be nice but not obligatory.

Uniqlo is often good for basics, but if you want tops rather than t-shirts maybe not.

I got this in M&S on Saturday and it's my new fave! Only £8.50 and currently in 3 for 2 tops offer! 100% cotton, lovely sleeve length and neck shape and there's loads of different plain colour and patterns to choose from.

Nice T-shirt suggestions also gratefully received - I saw a rather appealing Hush one with a star on it. (I don’t have any Hush clothes at the moment but the Hushitas on here have worn me down).

I quite fancy this Gap cotton jumper which I think will be useful.

On the back of the marks suggestion, I've noticed their straight T-shirt's have longer sleeves than you might get elsewhere. Great bingo wing hiders!

@YesQueen I'm quite a busty 14/16, so got it in the 16, which is a nice roomy fit on me fit on me - I don't like tight fitting clothes. Don't know it that helps any, but it's a really nice top!

I bought this from Next and liked it so much I bought it in the navy as well. Not great for a hot day but the weather's been shit here lately so I've appreciated the long sleeves.

Yes, I hate online shopping too op! My home town is crap though. We only have a few shops and I'm not especially fond of any of them! So online it frequently is.

@SisterMaryLoquacious I had the same problem! I bought loads from Maje, Sezane and Massimo Dutti, all on sale, all cotton, all very good quality.
I am going to have a look in COS tomorrow.
