I'm planning on wearing a khaki shirt dress , sandals and leather jacket.
Is this ok?
Feel it's not to dressy but not overly casual.

Yes, what time? I've been for brunch before (both weekday and weekend) and didn't feel it was dressy at all, although that may be different in the evening. Day time was a mix of people in business attire and jeans/ dresses.

Your outfit sounds fine for a Sunday evening but I would dress it up a bit more with accessories. Just my opinion.

Will definitely dress it up a bit and do full makeup and hair.
I'm just going for things that don't crease option while packing 😀
