Has anyone purchased from JJs House?

I'm going to a family wedding in August. I'm on maternity leave and don't have a car so can only really shop online. I didn't really like the look of anything from the usual high street shops. I'm also in between sizes so nothing really looks right.

Then I came across a site called JJs House. I felt desperate and bought this dress (using their custom sizing service) and a pair of shoes. That was 2 weeks ago - it's not arrived yet. Since then I have read some mixed reviews about the company. Has anyone used them? If so, were you happy with the items you bought?

I'm feeling nervous that I've wasted nearly £190! Why did I do it?!

Yes also for a wedding. The dress needed some slight adjustment but I had no complaints about the quality or service.

Yes, we used the custom service for dd's prom dress last year as she is rather short. (Don't tell her I said so)
Although the material was not top drawer, the fit was good. I think it took a couple of weeks to arrive.

My daughter's friend buys a lot of stuff from them and it's usually OK but she bought her bridesmaid dresses from them and they were all wrong, they spent as much again getting them altered and even then the proportions were all wrong.

I think some of their seamstresses are better than others.

Goose1964 - thanks for replying. Oh dear...it sounds like they quality of their dresses is hit and miss. I guess I'll just have to wait and see what I get. I should never have ordered it. Don't know why I did
