Midi Dress Recommendations?

I'm going for a nice afternoon tea in a couple of weeks and was thinking about a midi dress. Late 30's, 5ft 4, size 14, something a bit 'floaty' definitely NOT sleeveless, don't mind a short sleeve though, budget up to around £50. I love the Amelie dress from Boden. Might not be floaty enough though?
