Duchess of cambridge cosmetic surgery doctor

Last week I posted my theory abput DoC having some fillers.
Today I saw my magic handed youthmaker, on of Harper's and Tatlers most highly regarded doctors for unnoticeable cosmetic refreshments. Whist having our chit chat I mentioned DoCs face and suspected work and the doctor sort of went a bit funny( compared to normal) and said "I expect you're right". It was the way it was said.
I think I've found out who does it!!!

OP posts:

NerrSerr

It doesn't matter if she has bad skin or looks older.
However, when papers put pictures of celebrities / royals out there, and comment on how wonderful they look when they don't, it opens the floodgates to criticism.
If someone is said to have fillers like this thread suggested, it's only natural people will find picture of Kate and state what they feel.
Prince William is much worse looking than her, so criticism isn't just for women. He has good skin but not a nice face.
If this thread said Meghan Markle looks younger than her 35 years, I would agree and say she looks 28ish.
I'm allowed to find Kate's face tired looking.
This thread is in the beauty section not AIBU!

Dickybow321 · 19/06/2019 14:15

Eliza - on the whole most people don't think you look 25, they are being nice.

Most people put me at 30/early 30s despite me being 47. I don't put them right unless they ask.

The irony!

Tinyteatime · 19/06/2019 14:16

I’ve thought she looked like she’s had some very subtle fillers done for the past few years. I would if I was her, I probably would if I could afford them.

HarleyS · 19/06/2019 14:18

Rachelle11
What are you an about?
I've never said people say I look younger than I do!!
If Kate's stresses are her looks, she hasn't got much to worry about. Unlike jobless people or women that have two jobs etc.

cathycassidy · 19/06/2019 14:25

As for Kate, despite all that ££££ her skin is giving away her terrible diet.
Hmm you have no idea what her diet is like. Genes override diet, ask any decent dermatologist. I have a chronic skin condition and comments like these can be rather hurtful

I’m sorry to go off on a little tangent, but I really suggest people like you should read Dr Anjali Mahto’s article on food shaming and acne

LaMarschallin · 19/06/2019 14:30
Rachelle11 · 19/06/2019 14:34

I wasn't directing the looking younger to you.

But you are also very naive if you think her life isn't stressful. Sure I used this thread as an example of the pressure she is under, but clearly there is much more than that. She has tremendous scrutiny, people threatening the life or her and her kids, life in the public eye. There's a reason so many celebrities struggle.

PineapplePower · 19/06/2019 14:37

She is a fit, healthy looking woman with good genes

Actually, both she and her sister just look old behind their years. I think it’s the extreme dieting (I think this is what PP meant with the bad diet), tanning and smoking that is largely behind this. Their mum looks fantastic for her age somehow, as does their dad.

You can’t undo smoke or sun damage all that effectively, even with the best doctors in the business.

HarleyS · 19/06/2019 14:46

Rachelle11
You're very patronising.
I'm not naive.
When I see a news crew in war torn Sudan and the women there who have ACTUAL stresses and fear of life, they don't have the same skin issues.
I doubt they are having fillers to stay good for the cameras!!
All my comments were meant to do were, state to the OP that either Kate has not had work done or bad work done, therefore, her doctor is not as skilled as she was getting excited about.

SunshineCake · 19/06/2019 14:57

"My point is it pretty much ends some of the previous S&B speculation about this topic."

Nonsense.

SunshineCake · 19/06/2019 14:58

"ah and you seem to have missed I'm saying she definitely HAS had it done and not WHO by. Never mind."

Arrogance or what.

AnneEyhtMeyer · 19/06/2019 15:37

@LaMarschallin that made me laugh out loud!

doodleygirl · 19/06/2019 15:41

OP you must have a really sad life if you feel the need to post such shit.

happyhillock · 19/06/2019 15:44

Couldn't careless if she's had work done on her face, what she really needs is a good meal, saw her a few months back she's like a bean pole

cathycassidy · 19/06/2019 15:45

I think it’s the extreme dieting (I think this is what PP meant with the bad diet)
How do you know she does extreme dieting? I am not malnourished or someone who does extreme dieting yet I’ve always been very skinny

It’s unlikely the DoC will ever read this but I still think it’s unfair to make (potentially incorrect) assumptions about someone’s lifestyle due to their appearance
Women are far more likely to face this scrutiny

TheCatThatDanced · 19/06/2019 15:46

DickyBow321 - seeing as I don't tell people my age it's not ironic my comment. it's just what they think.

If they did think I looked older, what the hell. I don't give a shit.

TheCatThatDanced · 19/06/2019 15:47

Eliza9919 touche - and that's a parrot comment.

I don't GAF about how old I look to others, unlike your vain self who does....

TheCatThatDanced · 19/06/2019 15:51

PineapplePower agreed that both Kate and her sister look older - sun damage and smoking but in Pippa's case I wasn't aware she smoked. Agreed that the slimmer you are the more it ages you but can see why she wants to be slim.

Strange though that their mum seems to look very good for her age.

I'm sure Kate doesn't lie awake worrying about ageing or what other people think of her ageing when she's married to future King Wills.

Ivegotthree · 19/06/2019 15:52

@Dickybow321 you made me LOL!

I think Kate is looking stunning at the moment - we were all discussing it at work the other day. Really great. And good for her.

I would definitely be interested to know who it is.

Dickybow321 · 19/06/2019 16:04

TheCatThatDanced

You're claiming to look about 20 years younger than you are while rubbishing another poster who you've never seen before when they claim similar. So pretty incongruous

TheCatThatDanced · 19/06/2019 16:13

Dicky - I am not claiming anything, I'm just told this - yet the other poster says. The other poster claims this too, so she's told.

and as I said before, I don't gave a fuck if I look 30 or 75. Grin

Whackitupto200 · 19/06/2019 16:15

FWIW I think Kate Middleton looks fab. She’s sometimes styled in clothes that age her - but you can’t deny she’s a good looking woman. She looks natural and fit and healthy.

ElspethFlashman · 19/06/2019 16:40

No way is that a nose job. No way. She's always had a tiny rabbit nose.

Botox: clearly yes, nose job: no.

Eliza9919 · 19/06/2019 17:00

Apparently she's had two nose jobs, and meghan has had one too.

PineapplePower · 19/06/2019 17:07

I am not malnourished or someone who does extreme dieting yet I’ve always been very skinny

The difference is ... she wasn’t always very skinny. She looked very healthy and athletic in her college days, but was not nearly as thin as she is now.

She’s in the spotlight, it’s not unexpected. Wasn’t it Lady Gaga who said pop stars don’t eat? I think it was also Julianne Moore who lamented that she was always hungry. That’s what it takes to be Hollywood thin.

This is her choice, but the side effect is that it ages her quite a bit.
