I had never heard of them before but ads kept popping up on MN with nice sandals so I clicked on a few days ago.
They have a really good range of sandals at very good prices so I went through the whole ordering process on their website for two pairs. However, even though they advertise on MN and quote UK currency prices the form does not recognise UK post codes. You cannot proceed to the final ordering page with any UK post code. It's weird and frustrating.
I have sent two emails since Sunday to customer services asking what I can do. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
