Counterfeit item

My dd recently bought a Tommy Hilfiger hoodie from an online retailer however on arrival it is clear the item is fake. She’s been in touch with the company and they said she will have to pay return postage which is around £15 and the company will not refund this. What are her rights here? On the trading standards it states she is entitled to a full refund but company will not budge and have tried claiming the item isn’t fake (it most definitely is), is she best informing trading standards as the hoodie was not cheap and is a very poor quality hoodie so doesn’t want other people to end up in the same situation. She has left a bad review on the website but obviously the company keep deleting it Angry

Is it a UK company or overseas?

If UK she could take up with Trading Standards.

Or if she used a credit card or debt card she could try raising a chargeback with her bank.
