How to look sexy for one night?

So im a size 12, im closer to 50 than 40 and mother to 4 children and i have a long weekend away with my DH in Edinburgh. So how do i look sexy for one night only on a dinner date? Usual style in boden and joules where can i shop to get a sexy look?

I shop in oasis or warehouse for a nice glam dress or (whispers) next

Warehouse have had some lovely jumpsuits in previously, my cousin bought a couple and they looked lovely on!
Get yourself booked in for a blow dry, treat yourself to a new lipstick? Well fitting underwear and nice perfume always make me feel finished off too.

It depends what your definition of sexy is!

What do you usually wear on a night out? Lovely new undies and a silky nightdress maybe?

If you don't normally wear eyeliner, putting this on and making a smoky looking eye usually does the trick (at least for me- totally changes the way I look and DH loves it). Oasis does lovely little dresses, and I got a jumpsuit from there once that always gets compliments when I wear it - very flattering on my bum.
