Am going away in 5 weeks. Have put on a significant amount of weight since my last holiday 2 years ago - about 3 stone. I am still trying to squeeze into size 12s but am really a 14 now. I am going to try and lose a bit before I go away but am worried about what to wear by the pool. I have always worn bikinis before quite confidently but now have a big stomach and feel v self conscious. Can anyone give me some links to some thing that I might look ok in. Thanks.

I carry my extra weight on stomach too..had also put on more weight. Debenhams is having a sale of bikinis... There are some decent ones with good coverage... I spent an hour trying on and found 2 happy with....

Lots of places do women’s Board Shorts these days. I got my first pair two years ago and they are a game changer for me. I carry my weight on my tum/bum/legs and like having the waste band holding my tum in place.

A cursory google suggest that Fat Face have some nice looking ones.
Good luck

Theres 30% off at boden at the moment and their tankinis are very flattering (and you wont have to get naked when you need a wee)
